Head of School Search Update | April 22, 2026
Dear Community,
Thank you to everyone who contributed their perspectives about the future of STS through the recent Head of School search survey and consultations. We greatly value the time, thoughtfulness, and honesty reflected in your feedback. There was a common thread throughout the feedback we received: the STS community is connected, proud, and passionate about the School and its bright future.
The Search Committee has reviewed your input in detail. Your perspectives have helped clarify what matters most to our community and have directly informed how we are defining the leadership profile for the School’s next chapter.
With that in mind, we are pleased to share that the position advertisement and candidate brief have now been finalized. Grounded in what we heard from you, these materials will guide the next stage of the process and support the launch of a global search for STS’s next Head of School.
